Registration data and other information about you are subject to our Privacy Policy. This privacy policy sets out how Portrait of a Life, South West Yorkshire Partnership Foundation Trust (POAL, SWYPFT) uses and protects any information that you give us when you use this website.
POAL, SWYPFT adheres strictly to all current Data Protection legislation, including the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not pass client names, addresses or other details to any other organisations for marketing or other purposes. POAL, SWYPFT is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement and the Data Protection Act 1998.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

- The client’s name (organisation or individual), job title, employer or employee name and sector of employment.
- Contact information, including email address.
- Demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests.
- If purchasing or subscribing to any of the e-learning packages, credit or debit card details to process payments/transactions.
- Other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers.
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
- Internal record keeping.
- To improve our products and services.
- We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email. We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests.
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
If you access the POAL, SWYPFT e-learning platform using a password, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of that password. If you provide someone else with access to your password to the POAL, SWYPFT e-learning platform, they will have the ability to view information about your account and make changes through the website. You agree to notify us promptly if you change your address or email so we can continue to contact you and send any notices required hereunder. If you fail to notify us promptly of a change, then any notice we send to your old address or email shall be deemed sufficient notice.
You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998 and a small fee will be payable to cover our administration costs. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please communicate your request in writing to our registered address or by e-mail to customer.service@swyt.nhs.uk
If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.

- incorporar el LMS dentro de o vincularlo a otro LMS u otro tipo de portal.
