- The client’s name (organisation or individual), job title, employer or employee name and sector of employment.

- We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.

If you access the POAL, SWYPFT e-learning platform using a password, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of that password. If you provide someone else with access to your password to the POAL, SWYPFT e-learning platform, they will have the ability to view information about your account and make changes through the website. You agree to notify us promptly if you change your address or email so we can continue to contact you and send any notices required hereunder. If you fail to notify us promptly of a change, then any notice we send to your old address or email shall be deemed sufficient notice.
You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998 and a small fee will be payable to cover our administration costs. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please communicate your request in writing to our registered address or by e-mail to customer.service@swyt.nhs.uk

The e-learning courses hosted on this platform are the property of Sphere. Without express agreement from the Sphere office, users should by no means attempt to copy, alter, adapt, modify or disassemble the courses in any way or for any purpose.
If you wish to translate one or more of these courses, or to host them on your own platform, please contact the Sphere office.
The Svelte platform is the property of Walkgrove Ltd. Users should not:
- copy, alter, adapt, merge, modify or translate the LMS in any way for any purpose, or attempt or purport to do any of the foregoing;
- reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile the LMS except for these permitted by law;
- remove, change or obscure any product identification or any notice of proprietary rights appearing on the LMS;
- incorporate the LMS into, or link it to, an LMS or any other learning management system or other form of portal.

Sphere disclaims any liability from the use of this platform and its materials. In case of any consequences arising from the use of this platform and its materials, including improper or fraudulent use, Sphere shall not be liable.
